Global Education Week (17–23 November 2025) is an annual worldwide initiative aimed at raising awareness of global education as a tool for solidarity and change. Since 2015, it has been held every third week of November, bringing together schools, universities, organizations, and communities across the globe. Its goal is not only to inform about global issues but also to inspire action for a more sustainable, just, and peaceful world.
This year’s campaign runs under the motto: “Connected People for an Inclusive Planet,” focusing on two key pillars: Planet and People.
This highlights that education and awareness are not just about gaining knowledge, but also about understanding the connection between people and the planet, sharing responsibility, and taking action for a sustainable future.
One way to join the campaign is through our Sturgeon Escape Game 2025 – an interactive and fun game that teaches participants about:

Planet
protecting aquatic ecosystems
identifying endangered species such as sturgeons
learning about ecological processes like seawater salinity, the impact of plastics, and biodiversity
People
teamwork
developing observation and logical thinking skills
understanding how our individual actions affect nature and others
Game challenges include:

Floating plastics – learning how different types of plastic waste behave in water and how this affects marine life.
Eco-scrub recipe – creating a sustainable natural product that demonstrates how small human actions can be eco-friendly.
Card game & Crossword – combining knowledge with observation, thinking, and teamwork.
Water sampling & SeaNews – data analysis and uncovering hidden clues, showing how people can monitor and positively influence nature.
